Freely Stock (L) app for iPhone and iPad

The Freely Stock Lite app is highly recommended for all AutoCount users managing their organization’s inventory and stock balance. Using this application, users can easily manage their AutoCount stock without ever needing to login to their desktop AutoCount application. The primary purpose of the Freely Stock Lite app is to allow users to perform stock receive, stock issue, check inventory balance, and to sync back the server database on their local mobile device (offline mode). Furthermore, Freely Stock Lite supports the usage of multiple account books allowing AutoCount users to use their credentials directly on the Mobile application. The primary features for Stock Lite App are as follows:

Stock Issue

The stock issue module within Freely Stock Lite mirrors the functionality of the stock issue within the AutoCount desktop application. Users can issue out Stock from their mobile interface which would provide them with a status update for each stock that they process. Upon completion of the stock issue, they can sync the details back to the AutoCount server and that would automatically update the inventory and the status within the app once the process is completed.

Stock Receive

Similar to stock issue, stock receive too mirrors the core functionality of the stock receive option within the AutoCount desktop application. Using stock receive, users can receive stock directly through their mobile device and when completed they can, similar to stock issue, sync the entirety of the process with the AutoCount server database. Stock receive too has status updates are automatically changed from pending to received once the inventory has been synced back to the AutoCount database.

Stock Balance

The Freely Stock Lite allows users to check their inventory and stock balance directly via their mobile devices. Using this feature, AutoCount stock users can access their inventory and take note of the stock balance they currently house. The stock balance can be searched using item code, location, price and overall balance as well.

Offline Mode

Offline mode is effectively a re-sync of the current AutoCount stock database with the local mobile device. The searching and returning of stock item in offline mode allows the user to query stock items even if there is no internet available to the device. When internet restored, whatever stock issue, receive transactions have been performed, will auto sync with the AutoCount database.
